Consular-cum-Community Interaction Visit to Yanbu

23rd to 24th April, 2009 by Indian Consulate, Jeddah

 
A high level team of Consulate’s Officers including H.E. Mr. Sayeed Ahmed Baba, Consul General and Consul (CW) would be visiting Yanbu on 23rd and 24th April, 2009.  The purpose of this visit will be to inspect and supervise the functioning of the offices of outsourced agency at Yanbu.  It is now a well-known fact that the Consulate General of India has outsourced its Passport services to three firms viz.

  • Al Fifa for General Services ( http://www.alfifa.com/),

  • Al-Tayyar Travel Group ( http://www.altayyargroup.com/)

  • VFS GCC LLC (http://www.vfsglobal-n-sa.com/)

      At the same time, consular services, limited to attestation of documents and miscellaneous services on the Passports will also be provided by the Team on Thursday i.e, 23rd April 2009 from 0900 to 1300 hrs. and 1700 to 2000 hrs. at Hotel Al-Higgi, Yanbu (Telephone: 04-3228842 and 04-3228831).  The Indian nationals residing in the area may avail the opportunity to apply for any consular service, meet the officials and convey their grievances/suggestions.  Those expatriates, who wish to meet H.E. Consul General for redressal of their grievances, including consular related services, should bring along with them written statement narrating their problems.
    The Consul General along with the visiting team will have an interaction meeting with the local Indian community at Middle East Hotel, Meeting Hall, Yanbu on April 23, 2009 from 9 p.m. onwards  to personally hear their welfare, representations, suggestions, etc.  All members of the Indian community in Yanbu and the surrounding areas are requested to make it convenient to attend the meeting.

    A high level team of Consulate’s Officers including H.E. Mr. Sayeed Ahmed Baba, Consul General, Consul (Consular) and Consul (CW) would be visiting Abha on 16th and 17th April, 2009.  The purpose of this visit will be to inspect and supervise the functioning of the offices of outsourced agency at Abha.  It is now a well-known fact that the Consulate General of India has outsourced its Passport services to three firms viz. Al Fifa for General Services (http://www.alfifa.com/), Al-Tayyar Travel Group (http://www.altayyargroup.com/) and VFS GCC LLC (http://www.vfsglobal-n-sa.com/).  At the same time, consular services, limited to attestation of documents and miscellaneous services on the Passports will also be provided by the Team on Thursday i.e, 16th April 2009 from 0900 to 1300 hrs. and 1700 to 2000 hrs. at Hotel Al Rayah (Telephone: 07-2270654).  The Indian nationals residing in the area may avail the opportunity to apply for any consular service, meet the officials and convey their grievances/suggestions.  Those expatriates, who wish to meet H.E.
