Attorney from the next of kin of deceased with Arabic
translation (Duly signed and attested by Notary Public)
5.
Copy of passport
and Iqama of the deceased
6.
Copy of Identity
card – attorney (copy of passport and Iqama for Indians / Copy
of Tabiah card for Saudis)
7.
Letter from
sponsor to Consulate regarding legal dues of deceased.
(All
