The
Pilgrims Must write their complaints in the Building
Complaint Register kept at all the buildings.
Building supervisors visit the Buildings every day;
However it may not be possible for them to check each
and every room or to talk to each and every Pilgrims;
they would take action on the complaints written in the
Complaint Register only.
Pilgrims can also visit the Branch Office and lodge a
complaint there.
They
may inform their problems to their Khadimul Hujjaj.

Lost
Pilgrims |
If you
are lost, Please try and Locate our Task Force staff;
they are wearing jackets with India /Al Hind written
over it.
Alternatively
you may try and locate any nearest Indian Branch Office.
In
case one of your co-pilgrims is lost Please inform your
Branch Office. |

4.

Lost
Baggage |
Approach your Branch Office.
It is
not advisable to approach the Lost Baggage Branch
Directly unless your Branch Office AHO suggests you to
do so. |

Loss
of cash/theft |
Approach the General Welfare Desk at the Main Indian Haj
Mission Office at Ajyad.
Interim relief is given by the Indian Pilgrims Welfare
Forum (IPWF) at the General Welfare Desk at the
Main Indian Haj Mission Office at Ajyad.

Please
follow the notices pasted in your building.
You
may approach your Moallim's Office or the Madinah
Movement Desk in the Main Indian Haj Mission Office in
Ajyad. |

Movement to Mashaer |
Please
follow the notices pasted in your building.
You
may approach your Branch Office or your Moallim's
Office. |

7.
|
Change
in Flight Schedule |
Saudi
Arabian Airlines normally does not accept any request
for change in the flight schedule.
For
Changes in the Flight Schedule of Air India, please
approach the Incharge Haj Mission who sits in the Main
Indian Haj Mission Office at Ajyad. Upon his approval
only the Air India CRT Office Located in the Main Indian
Haj Mission Office would do the necessary change subject
to availability.
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE
SECTOR FOR THE FLIGHT OR TO SWITCH OVER BETWEEN SAUDIA
AND AIR INDIA. |

Please

may approach your Branch Office for any issues.

Booking Excess Luggage |
Cargo
facility of the Air India.
PILGRIMS MUST BOOK THEIR EXCESS LUGGAGE THROUGH AIR
INDIA IN ADVANCE BY CARGO. IT IS MUCH CHEAPER THAN
PAYING HUGE CHARGES AT THE AIRPORT.
SOMETIMES AT THE AIRPORT THE AIRLINES MAY EVEN REFUSE TO
CARRY EXCESS LUGGAGE EVEN IF YOU ARE READY TO PAY FOR
IT. |

Medical help/ Emergency |
Consult the doctor in your Branch Dispensary.
You
may approach any Branch Dispensary/ Hospital in cases of
emergency.
You
may also call the doctor at you building in cases of
dire emergency. |

Moaalim's Office located in your camp.
You
may also approach the Indian Haj Mission-Mina Camp
Office. |

Death
of a co-pilgrims |
Moallim's Office.
You
can also inform your Branch Office.
Shifting of the body from the Building to Mortuary and
arranging the burial of the body is done by the
Moallim's Office only.
NOC
for burial is issued by the Coordination Desk at the
Main Indian Haj Mission Office at Ajyad.
